Indexing API target with a searchable body

The Indexing API can place a URL on Googlebot's crawl queue when the property is verified in Search Console. This document is reserved for that publish call.

Officially the API is for JobPosting and livestream pages. We still want a real HTML article here so a later site: check has something to match.
